Shipping + Delivery

  • Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.

    International shipping could take up to 14 business days.

    All orders come with tracking, so you can keep an eye on when your R+R goodies will arrive.

  • Shipping rates are given directly from Australia Post, our chosen shipping partner.

    The rate can vary depending on your address, weight of order and are calculated at checkout.

  • Yes, we offer free domestic shipping when you spend over $20AUD

  • Yes, we can ship internationally.

    Please note we are currently not shipping to the USA due to tariffs.

    Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

  • We use NO plastic packaging.

    Our products are protected using biodegradable cassava bags, then shipped in compostable postage bags, thanks to Hero Packaging.

Returns + Refunds

  • Yes, we offer 30 days from when you receive your purchase refunds.

    All sale items are final.

    All returned items must be UNWORN, with tags intact. Free from make-up stains and perfume.

  • A refund request can be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Returns for change of mind or incorrect fit is paid for by the customer.

    If you're returning due to a fault, ROSE + REGGIE will cover the cost of the return.

  • Of course! Exchanges are great if you wish to change sizes or colours.

    Items must be unworn, with tags intact, items free from make-up stains and perfume.

    While we can't accept a return for a sale item, we can exchange the item for you.
